Will Love Strike Twice?
Fifteen years ago, our vendor accompanied her house-hunting friend, happy to be the 'second opinion', no thoughts of purchasing a home in her head. By the end of that day, she had fallen in love and submitted an offer to purchase her next home. Fast forward fifteen very happy years and its time to move on, creating opportunity for someone else to have a similar love affair. Ask what the factors behind that buying decision were and you'd expect to hear that it was about the elevation and privacy, the sunshine streaming through or the sense of security on offer. Perhaps the trusty brick and tile construction played a part? Could it have been the primo location, with such easy access to just about anywhere? Schools, shops, even the movies at Tauranga Crossing are just a short drive away. Here, you can walk the dog at the lovely local reserve and the kids or grandies can feed the ducks at the pond and let off steam at the nearby playground.
